My new Coronavirus life alone

I wish cats could give hugs. Because at the moment my rescue moggy Saffy is the only live being in my life. Well, and Alexa who doesn’t really count, although I am talking to her more than usual. So here I am, aged 68, home alone in what used to be our family home in a town 30 miles north of London, with no access to family or friends, except through FaceTime which is, of course a lifeline.
